JazzyBIT is a trio that has been active since 2012 and offers an energetic combination of jazz and rock, sprinkled with occasional blues, Latin and funk. The group describes its style as “loud jazz”. It sounds like Hiromi playing with Snarky Puppy, but as a trio. All About Jazz compares JazzyBIT to the Esbjörn Svensson Trio: “JazzyBIT is reminiscent of the Esbjörn Svensson Trio, but adds a rock attitude to the vibrant harmonies interspersed with lively melodies. It also stands out for its funky rhythms, the close artistic connection between the three, and the outstanding musical arrangements.”

In 2014 the band released their debut album “Touch the Sky”, followed by the album “Horizon” in 2016. In 2021 JazzyBIT released their third album “Drive“, an album mixed in New York City at The Bunker Studio. The band performs a rich concert schedule, counting over 250 concerts in 10 years of activity.

To date, JazzyBIT has performed in 16 countries on three continents, participating in some of the world’s most renowned jazz festivals, including the Blue Note Jazz Festival New York, Jarasum International Jazz Festival, Belgrade Jazz Festival, Vilnius Mama Jazz Festival and the Gărâna Jazz Festival.
